At Tarsus Distribution we understand that a hassle-free returns process is essential for both customers and partners alike. That is why we’re thrilled to introduce our new central and simplified returns process.
All product return requests are now processed by the Tarsus Distribution Resolution Centre. Please note product returns are no longer managed by our sales and product teams.
> A valid Tarsus Distribution proof of purchase document is required for all returns.
> To ensure speedy resolution, please only submit your request to the above email address in Step 3. Do not CC or BCC your account manager or contact person that previously managed your returns at Tarsus Distribution.
> Return authorisations may take up to 48 hours to be processed depending on the nature of the request, additional authorisation documents and various authorisation required from vendors.
> Returns received without the approved RMA document will be impacted by delays and may not be accepted. Please ensure that the authorised RMA document matches the physical items returned.
