We are looking for an individual to join our Digital Team as a TDP Operations Administrator.

As the TDP Operations Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital and omnichannel environment by focusing on operational management, customer engagement, and promotional coordination. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital technologies and a keen understanding of the IT distribution industry

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, typically in business management or a related field is preferred.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent.                                                                                                                      

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a related industry.
  • Experience in digital transformation and a keen interest in digital technologies

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of the IT technology and distribution industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials and collaborating with team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Operational Management:

  • Process back orders and manage order payments efficiently.
  • Maintain and manage the TDP Online chat feature on the portal.
  • Handle high-value order authorisations and monitor for potential fraud.
  • Keep the outstanding order report up to date and accurate.

Customer Engagement:

  • Provide technical website support for customer service queries.
  • Liaise with product teams to manage queries and returns effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve TDP order queries promptly.

Promotional Coordination:

  • Collaborate with product teams to negotiate and secure TDP deals.
  • Contribute to promotional offerings, broadsheet-themed content, and ensure adherence to promotional deadlines.
  • Provide timely promotional pricing updates to the Online-Admin team.

  • This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch
