Requirements:
Educational
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualification preferable.
Experience
- 5+ years in a planning environment.
- Experience working with ERP planning systems.
Skills

- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.

Responsibilities
Data Management and Analysis
- Ensure cleanup of data for invalid and old backorders, purchase orders, as well as stocking indicators.
- Track aged stock movements, line details, and follow up on comments.
- Track and push excess stock.
- Assistance with forecast accuracy analysis.
- Analyse stock levels through IBP detailed templates.
- Detailed analysis to ensure data management of inventory.
- Analysis and detailed reviews of forecasts.
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Strategic planning for Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Work within IBP process from forecast to order cycle.
- Implementation of long-term demand and supply planning.
- Review and challenge motivation on variances of forecasts to align with financial targets.
- Consolidating portfolios for IBP.
Automation and Process Improvement
- Run the Embrace forecasting module, including all future automations.
- Assist with automations (projects planned for planning automation in 2025).
- Ensure continuous improvements critical to align with business strategy and budgets.
- Ensure lean supply chain process flow.
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Handle procurement for additional vendors.
- Serve as a backup for the team in managing procurement categories.
