As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in achieving our sales and product targets. Your responsibilities will include proactive engagement with customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between vendors and our sales team.
You'll also be responsible for planning strategies to meet your monthly targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, organising client-specific events in collaboration with Marketing, and providing valuable market insights to our Product Managers.

Requirements:
Education
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualification, preferably a degree or diploma.
- Relevant sales certifications related to the IT industry
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in the IT sector.
- Experience in brand marketing with strong financial and business acumen.
Skills
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and gross profit targets.
- Effective time management and people management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
- A good understanding of the ICT industry, including staying updated on technology and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.

- Assist in achieving sales and product targets through proactive customer engagement.
