Certain of the vendors (“Listed Vendors”) of goods that we distribute require that Tarsus incorporates and imposes terms and conditions specified by the vendor (“Specified Vendor Terms”), into any sale or distribution of their goods or services. The names of the Listed Vendors and the Listed Vendors Specified Terms are available at www.www.tarsus.co.za/terms-and-conditions. Where any goods of a Listed Vendor are sold or supplied by Tarsus, the Listed Vendors Specified Vendor Terms shall apply, in addition to these terms and conditions, to the sale or supply of the Listed Vendors goods and are deemed to be incorporated herein. Customers are advised to check the list of Listed Vendors and the Specified Vendor Terms regularly as these may be changed and updated from time to time by the vendors.
