T-Bay, the company`s retail store environment designed expressly for the SME resellers on its books, complete with demonstration products, accessories, consumables and point of sale. The T-Bay store environment allows SME resellers to visit Tarsus and buy notebooks, Computers, printers, consumables and a full range of accessories right off the shelf. The reduced prices on demonstration stock serves the dual purpose of allowing SME resellers to be more competitively priced in the market and for Tarsus to ensure that it has a more optimised stockholding.

Balance of Warranty applies on all demo stock, including defects. Should a DOA occur, stock can only be replaced with an item of same value or same stock item if available on T-Bay floor.
No returns on sale goods will be accepted, with exception of damaged or incomplete stock which will be gladly swapped out for an item of same value or same stock item if available on Tbay floor.
If you are unsure about the condition of the stock, please ask any T-Bay Sales Rep to assist you with checking the stock before it leaves the store.
Demo Printers Cartridges have been used. The stock has been priced accordingly, no free Cartridges will be supplied.
Orders from Regions will only be attended to next morning, please allow 2 days for delivery.
No persons from an end user will be allowed to collect on behalf of an account holder.
We will not hand goods over unless the above conditions are met.
