Tarsus partners with Riverbed to distribute WAN Optimisation Solutions in South Africa

Tarsus Technologies has announced the signature of a new distribution agreement with Riverbed Technology, the global market-leader of wide area network (WAN) optimisation solutions.

The new agreement allows Tarsus the right to distribute Riverbed's full range of WAN optimization solutions and in doing so give its reseller partners a solution to a particularly critical pain point for their customers, namely improving the performance of their applications and data across WAN links.

Greg Pothitos, general manager at Tarsus, says his company is delighted with its partnership with Riverbed, since the addition of Steelhead and Cascade products to its portfolio allows Tarsus to provide its resellers with an end-to-end and best-of-breed mix of networking solutions.
