PAYMENT OPTIONS

At Tarsus Technologies, we're pleased to offer you the widest range of payment options so that you can maximise your business effectiveness.

The options include Monthly Accounts and COD — with substantial discounts for the early payment options.

MONTHLY ACCOUNTS

This is the most common form of payment. We provide you with your own account, together with a credit limit for your business volumes. You purchase against this account on an ongoing basis. Settlement of the account is due 30 days from the date of our invoice to you. To make this easy to administer for you, we allow you to make one payment a week — i.e. if you purchase goods in the first week of January, you pay for these in the first week of February. There are other benefits of having an account with Tarsus — our free delivery service, and the ability to accumulate TravelBytes for business or leisure travel with our unique loyalty program: PartneRewards. And if you want to pay us early, contact our Accounts Department who will be happy to discuss an early settlement discount with you.

COD

Transactions which exceed R5 000 in a day require either a bank-guaranteed cheque or proof of an electronic funds transfer having been made to our bank account. Please note all cheques deposited into our bank account are subject to a 7 day clearing period and all electronic transfers are subject to a 24 hour waiting period or until the amount is reflected in the Tarsus account.

If the transaction value in a day is under R5 000 we will gladly accept a normal company cheque.
